What we collect

When you join the buyer list we collect what you type into the form: your name, company, phone number, email, the kind of property you buy, the areas you buy in, and your buy box and funding notes. When you open a deal link or make an offer we record that you did, so we know which deals interest you.

How we use it

• To review your request to join the buyer list
• To send you properties that match what you told us you buy, by email, text message and phone, including automated or prerecorded calls you agreed to
• To respond to offers you make and to complete an assignment if one goes ahead

Text messages

Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them; reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers that send our email, texts and calls and host our records, and — when a purchase moves forward — the title company, attorneys and lenders involved in that transaction. We do not sell your information.
